I got sick with COVID! So I decided to give Manuka honey a shot after seeing it's healing health benefits all over my social media. And it worked! So since then I've been eating a spoonful a day for those benefits and I loved how it made me feel, but it started to become very inconvenient. I hated having to buy the $50 bottle, shove the spoonful down, clean the sticky mess, etc... I knew there had to be a better way...

That's when I started sweetening my homemade lemonades and iced teas with it! I wasn't happy with the other options out there: they were either loaded with processed sugars, or fake sweeteners. So using real, clean ingredients I found in my kitchen, I made a lemonade and an iced tea that I can actually feel good about drinking, with my daily spoonful of Manuka honey — but now made easy and enjoyable.
